My Design Responsibilities
In my role as a graphic designer and digital illustrator, I undertook the professional enhancement of a data verification process chart for the Environmental Assessment Office, part of the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy. Meticulously adhering to the established brand style guide, I strategically restructured the chart, utilizing specific color schemes and custom icons to significantly improve clarity and comprehension.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I was tasked with creating informative posters for common area placements, in accordance with the guidelines set by the Provincial Health Officer of British Columbia. These designs were meticulously executed, incorporating a palette and typography that were in strict alignment with the BC brand style guide, demonstrating my ability to blend aesthetic appeal with functional design in a public health context.

Navigating Data Verification with Clarity
Utilizing my expertise in Adobe Illustrator, I executed a sophisticated overhaul of a critical data verification process chart for the Environmental Assessment Office, within the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy. This redesign involved the strategic incorporation of custom icons, the systematic organization of information, and the implementation of clear numbering and directional arrows to establish a logical content flow. My primary goal was to augment the chart's clarity, thereby enhancing user comprehension and facilitating rapid information retention. This meticulous approach ensured that the charts functioned as highly effective tools for both understanding and recall, showcasing my proficiency in graphic design and digital illustration.
