As part of my role at Ecotrend’s affiliated company, Andrews & George, I design and produce monthly B2B email campaigns to promote DōMatcha, an authentic Japanese matcha tea, to grocery retailers across North America. Leveraging key metrics such as consumer demand, engagement levels, and website traffic, I assess the effectiveness of these campaigns and strategically tailor content to drive results.
The primary goals of these email campaigns are to encourage grocers to replenish their inventory and request product demonstrations for their staff. By equipping retail staff with in-depth product knowledge, I help enhance their ability to recommend DōMatcha to customers with confidence and accuracy.
To achieve maximum impact, I craft email content that integrates industry news, visually compelling charts, and dynamic content while strictly adhering to DōMatcha’s brand standards. I focus on creating strong calls-to-action and visually engaging graphics to enhance engagement and ensure consistent brand representation.

Working with the Marketing co-ordinator, we craft blog ideas and bring them to life through a process of research, writing and posting monthly blogs about matcha tea in general. We defined our goal which is to build the DoMatcha brand through education. We want people to think of DoMatcha as the matcha experts who offer an authentic matcha experience.
Our blogs focus providing niche information about matcha, always ending the blog with a reference to a DoMatcha product with related links. Using compelling subheads, bullet points and short paragraphs, the content is scannable with actionable insights for the audience. The content is backed up with data, statistics, case studies and expert opinions.
Using relevant keywords, we target the audience we are searching for. We use infographics, charts and photos to enhance the content and ensure they all have descriptive alt text to improve accessibility and engine ranking. Finally we test the blog is responsive and works seamlessly across all devices.
